It was based in very comfortable building in a peaceful and stunning location, near restaurants. Besides, it was adjacent to a hockey tournament.

A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Huge & modern unit except for a stove. Beautiful and comfortable location on the Trans Canada, and only about 15 minutes' walk to Bassano centre.

The hotel was clean, the staff was attentive and efficient in handling my reservation, the room was brand new with a coffee pot, clean bedding, and a coffee table, and there were some modest restaurants nearby.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Surestay Hotel By Best Western. The large, comfortable rooms made me feel right at home and the cleanliness of the bedding and towels was impressive. The staff, especially Courtney, were friendly and accommodating. The reasonable price and continental breakfast added to the overall value. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Another great aspect was the friendly and welcoming staff who provided excellent customer service. The location was also convenient, with easy access to major highways and nearby amenities. Lastly, the decor of the hotel was pleasing and added to the overall positive experience.

The breakfast offered at the hotel was a bit light and could have had a better variety of options. the privacy rules were violated by staff members who volunteered room numbers of other guests, which was definitely a negative aspect of the stay.
